- Berk KapiciogluSeptember 20, 2015Brunch is not that great, but it's nice that they have outdoor seating.
- Tony SJune 13, 2011Croquet monsieur with cafe latte mixed with great company... Been coming here for years ( thanks Betsy)
- Another fabilous Valentine's Day romantic dinner. :) x
- Sergio CesarioMay 7, 2011Great tasting dishes and nice atmosphere, but waiting service is getting worse everyday. The face of NY?
- A croque monsieur has bechamel. Theirs does not. Also, the ham is poor quality & too salty. And, the bread has the texture & extreme heat that microwaves create. No French "resto" should accept this.
- This place is no longer 24/7 and is often closed before 7 a.m.
- Vanessa RuedaNovember 3, 2014very small starters, specially those beets, really overpriced. Good ambiance though
- The Corcoran GroupJune 28, 2012We love the old-world bistro ambiance and that it’s open 24-hours a day – you can get your Iced Cappuccino fix anytime you want.
- You can always meet very interesting people at the bar.
- Chris GellesFebruary 9, 2014For a place with 'French' in the name, these guys make a pitiful rillette. Avoid it.
- They always make an excellent cafe au lait at French Roast.
- Alan MooimanNovember 3, 2013Expensive for what it is, not bad but not that great. There are certainly better places in the neighborhood.
- Eric JohnsonMay 27, 2012Never come here before 12 o'clock... They will only serve you the breakfast menu and half of it isn't even available. They had no baked goods... Service is spotty as well.
- Brunch at French Roast. Order the Croque Poulet (grilled chicken, avocado, gruyére). It is magical.
