- Tariq AhmadNovember 3, 2014Plenty of good restaurants and stores in Terminal E. If you have a long layover between flights, worth taking the tram to Terminal E to check it out (if you're not flying out of Terminal E already).
- So your flight is delayed, you are beat down, hot, tired and a shower sounds like a god send. Good news showers are available at the United Club in E terminal. The $50 fee for non members is worth it.
- Pat TaskerMay 27, 2014Amazingly smooth US Customs check in via new kiosks, that scan your passports, ask you the questions, take your photo then print your form, advance to the customs officer and pass through!
- MitchJanuary 17, 2017Expansive international airport in Houston. Can be very busy. Houston Hobby is a much faster airport in comparison. Southwest doesn't hub here.
- Glenn EbertSeptember 18, 2012If you have time go check out Pappadeux's Seafood in Terminal E. Killer Cajun fare, with a great lunch Buffett from 10-3pm.

- Emilia ErynNovember 23, 2012In terminal b they don't use the PA system. Get to your gate early and stand as close to the door as possible if you don't want to miss your flight. Also, united overbooked every flight.
- Great international airport with plenty to do while you wait for your flight!
- Joanna TillmanApril 25, 2019This is a great airport. All the people are honest and kind. Need proof? Once I left my phone in a toilet stall and someone mailed it back to me. No further questions your honor.
- Dustin LeeMay 29, 2019If you're in Terminal A, you can comfortably show up about 5 minutes before boarding time and be at the gate right on time to board.
- This place needs a decent bar or restaurant. For a city with as much industry as Houston, the airport is surprisingly feeble. Burgers, pizza, and snack food: that's all that's offered.

- Tavo DeObalSeptember 6, 2016The airport is huge, unnecesary custom line when connecting like in all US airports, united liubge is better than in other locations.
