I couldn’t say no to the salsiccia, which came with pickled jalapeños that nestled deeply into the tomato sauce, cheese, and pecorino. I have one word for this pizza (because my mouth is full): dude.

Pizzas are made with organic flour, and a half-dozen or so varieties include toppings such as spinach, garlic, olive oil and mozzarella; and roasted mushrooms with parsley thyme and garlic oil.
