- The entire menu is just awesome but this THE place to go in Phoenix for fresh, quality sushi. Staff is friendly and the chefs are creative with the specials.

- Try the Sukuei Tofu - Rich, silky umami flavor. Umami heaven. Just enough salt to accent the umami, then goes away. How do you cook asparagus so that it melts in your mouth?

- Try the Kaki - Fried oyster. Omg. This is the famous panko style. Plus sauce = perfection.
- Try the Fried Sole (Potato Starch) - Moist and light. Fried skeleton awaits on the bottom for your last bites.
- Try the Toro - 4 days after arrival, the oil oozes and glistens. This is toro nirvana.
