Check the toilet seat before you sit. When we checked in, the toilet was not flushed and the seat had droplets.

Thin walls in guest rooms, could hear neighbors and hallway traffic. Kinda crappy hotel for what we paid. Stay at Disney Resorts instead. They have guaranteed quality.

Melhor hotel que já fiquei. O serviço é ótimo, tem até uma Starbucks aqui dentro! O quarto Rock Star lindo, da para ir andando por um caminho que tem aqui de 5 minutos até o parque, e é lindo! 🎸

Muy buen hotel para venir con tu pareja, a 3 min de universal studios y a 15 min del mall y outlets...disney queda a 20 min. El ambiente y la amabilidad es muy muy bueno...
