Gets some exercise and walk between the terminals. ATL does wonderful exhibits in between the terminals.

TSA pre check is a mess. Confusing as both North and South terminals go through the same one, but only indicated as South terminal. Analogic is slow and frustrating per usual at security checkpoint.
BEWARE. It takes over 2 hrs from arrival just to get to your long-term parked car from the international terminal.
It’s Tuesday evening and TSA pre check line is outrageously slow. Make sure you leave early.

Angela NealJanuary 4, 2011Airport charges for public Wifi, but several bars have free wifi. Worth taking the time to roam around and find a comfy seat if you will be waiting for a while.
A great place to get on aircrafts leaving Atlanta and to come off aircrafts coming into Atlanta.

Did you check your bag? Walk to baggage claim instead of taking the train. It will make your wait shorter, or even better : nonexistent!

Chris ParizoJune 24, 2010If you are checking bags on Delta, go to the Check-In Terminals in South, after you get your boarding passes go to the far right hand side to check bags. People only gather in the center lines.
