Angie GirlNovember 27, 2013Want to fly into an airport with crappy customer service, this is the place. The airport floor was dirty, napkins, straws, just trash! The people working the restaurants are unhelpful and rude.

alissa sAugust 6, 2010if you have a connecting flight, make sure you have enough time to make it. this airport is huge and crowded!
Trains don't run before 5:30 a.m., so if you have an early flight plan some extra time to walk it to your terminal
Check in at the lower level and avoid airport traffic.
Sit on the runway for a few hours with a full bladder.

Use the security gates at the end of the terminals instead of the center security. Most people don't know about them and you will get through in half the time.
Allen MichaelFebruary 11, 2011watch out for idiots speeding through the baggage claim/check I'm area on the north terminal. Just saw someone almost get hit. Hope it wasn't you. :)
If you are hot, take a walk between terminals underground. Nice and cool down there.
