Angie GirlNovember 27, 2013Want to fly into an airport with crappy customer service, this is the place. The airport floor was dirty, napkins, straws, just trash! The people working the restaurants are unhelpful and rude.

The north security doesn't have priority line anymore. Pretty annoying!

on your lay over just ride the train. its pretty entertaining. wished they would serve on it.
Use the South Security area for faster time to your gate.
Out of all airports in the US, the TSA group here is by far the rudest group oI have ever come across... Where is Atlanta's southern hospitality?
Check in at the lower level and avoid airport traffic.
Heidi WalduskyMay 12, 2011This airport is huge. Had no idea. Take the train to baggage claim. Although I half walked for a good 15 minutes and still beat my bag.
The Varsity is in Concourse C, but know that they are super slow!!'
Sit on the runway for a few hours with a full bladder.
alissa sAugust 6, 2010if you have a connecting flight, make sure you have enough time to make it. this airport is huge and crowded!
Use the security gates at the end of the terminals instead of the center security. Most people don't know about them and you will get through in half the time.
