None of the restaurants in the concourses are open late night but you go outside security, you can find a few options!

airtran in terminal C has free coffee at all gates from 5:30 to 10am

Scott DuffeyNovember 15, 2010American has their own terminal called the T Gates, its the fastest in and out at ATL, American itself is terrible but hey, its convenient.
Today was a good day - I didn't get grouped by TSA!
Still one of the worst airports. TSA agents are particularly surly here and like to scream at passengers for no apparent reason
