A must-see for those visiting Amsterdam! One gets at least 2 free beers from this tour as well as Heineken merchandise from their store inside the factory.

A total disappointment. The museum's 'interactive' spots seem outdated, the historical part is small and not inspiring.

Fun thing to do with out of town ers. If you go with a bigger group they give you a snack pack to enjoy at the end of the tasting

There is nothing remarkable things to see. Only some insdustrial old machines for beer production, free two beers. It doesn't worth to price.

Really nice place to visit, incl with kids. I would have loved more about history and founding family, and also more details about manufacturing and innovations.. very much "big public"-oriented

Really great experience, worth the money you pay for it. You'll literally touch the history of Heineken, and also learn how to drink beer and brew it in right way.

At the end tokens can be exchanged for: 2 X330ml glass of regular Heineken or One extra cold 500ml glass of Heineken or One 330ml glass of Heineken that you pour yourself + official pourer certificate

For the friends at Heineken: several Brazilian images displayed at the draughter room display AbInbev beers marketing campaigns. Skol and Brahma are everywhere on beach kiosks. Just a heads up...

Nothing special except for the old tanks room. We spent almost one hour in the queue, and inside it was too crowded to see anything. We expected something more authentic, not a theme park.

you should buy the things you like.. not so much clothing variances on Heineken Store. However, the designer beer bottles in the official store are the best!
