- Here's a tip.. You got here on a bus full of people, be the first one off the bus and you can be first in line. Unless you're a gold member be prepared for a line (at least thats what I hear)

- Gold service will make everything better. Arrive via shuttle, car is waiting, leave. Don't even have to go to the desk!

- Here is a tip - avoid Hertz if you can. If you are readig this you are probably in a long line because of poor counter service. One person for 6 customers and self-serve stations are out of order.
