- Room is clean and comfortable. It's a bit small but it's Manhattan so I don't expect large rooms. Very affordable perfect location to Times Square and Penn station. The hotel staff was really friendlyUpvoted 1 week ago
- EscobarFebruary 4, 2013Nice people in front desk, nice housekeepers, very nice & clean rooms, great location. My favorite hotel in NYC to stay.
- Scott PhillipsOctober 24, 2017Great staff and clean rooms. No problems with wireless. After 3 days the breakfast offerings for a little stale as they offer the same thing day after day. Overall I'd stay here again.
- Scott PDecember 3, 2013Like all Hilton properties, the AT&T wifi is painfully slow. A 10 year kid mobile phone is faster. The rooms are clean and have many available power outlets.
- Melissa ThamesAugust 26, 2014The double rooms next to the elevators are much bigger than the standard rooms. You can request them. Ask for Sean at the bar. He will take care of you.
- AT&TDecember 6, 2011Another reason to stay at this Hilton Garden Inn: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many great amenities for guests. Look for the Stay Connected program. It’s free, fast and easy to connect.
- Great Hotel!! Nice, clean, well located, great view (most rooms facing the Empire State Building!), WI-Fi included !!! Recommended!!! :-)
- Kaitlyn YeagerJune 18, 2013Great rooms, just double-check what type of view you're getting. We were told we'd have a view of the Empire State Building, but ended up on the opposite side of the hotel.
- One of the best hotel's I've ever stayed in! Free wifi, polite staff, close proximity to anything that matters ie. Times Square and subway station right outside the hotel! Beds are also very comfy
- Jennifer EvansJune 24, 2015Great hotel for the price with larger than average rooms. Within walking distance to great sites in Midtown
- Daniel De MenaOctober 19, 2014Location and the staff are great. Never have had the chance to eat here but i read great comments on its breakfast.
- The rooms are pristine and the staff is very friendly. Great views from upper floors! As Hilton Honors members, we received a free room upgrade at check inn. We will be staying here again!
- Allison KasicOctober 19, 2016Good location for business travel -- only a few blocks away from Penn Station.
- The beds were really comfortable! I liked that you could adjust it to how you like it. The pillows feel like you're sleeping on clouds. :)
- Baby TambaDecember 21, 2011Stayed here before Christmas 2011. Love the small and clean room. Free wifi in each room. Perfect walking distance to Penn Station, Times Sq, etc.
- melissa welirangJune 14, 2010Stayed here during my stay in New York. Great location, rooms are a little small but very clean as the hotel is fairly new. Free wifi in all rooms. Love it!
- MAMMA MIA!January 21, 2012Since you're so close to the Winter Garden Theatre (50th & Broadway), catch a performance of MAMMA MIA, now 11 years on Broadway. For best availability, try a 2pm Saturday or Sunday matinee.
- LaKeisha WilliamsAugust 5, 2012I originally requested for an Air Pure room and to learn upon my arrival that standard rooms with King beds are available. #badbusiness
- Larissa MalufJanuary 3, 2014Only 3 elevators for 300 rooms? Be prepared for a long time waiting... or give up and use the stairs... Besides that, great place, staff and location.
- Van McKennaApril 21, 2013Rooms are considered small by American standards, but it is the average size for a room in NYC. Subway is right outside the entrance and so is Macy's. Would stay here again.
- Bradley SacksDecember 25, 2013A nice hotel but WAY too expensive. During the time period between Christmas and New Years expect to pay atleast $300-$400 USD per night!!
- Highly recommended and walking distance to Times Square - will return again someday ; thx NYC !
- Terry LipshetzJuly 18, 2011Great location. Easy walk to Penn Station, Times Square, key subway stops and dining/shopping. Great staff and wonderful and clean room.
- Right in the middle of Korean town. Many good Korean restaurants nearby and a few of them open 24/7.
- ᴡ BennettJuly 11, 2011Head to the little Irish Pub next door for a Jack & Coke. Great punk and new wave music on the jukebox. Kick ass.
- I'm having a great stay here. Very good location and friendly staff. Will be bqck for sure :)
- Fantastic hotel. Clean rooms. Fantastically friendly staff. And a location that cannot be beat.
- Stacy CarrollMay 30, 2011Great specials at the hotel bar on wine/well liquor - skip the house chard though.. Not worth it, even at $5 a glass (during hh)
- Shelley is the best at customer service and the breakfasts are great....
- Carly ScalaJuly 24, 2010love the free wifi, very comfy, and right by MACY'S! so perfect for a fashionista like myself
