- Luis LopezDecember 17, 2014Great southern style fried chicken with a laidback Texas/south environment, southern country/rock in the background and friendly staff. The seasoning was on point :p
- Janelle GreeneJune 14, 2017The chicken batter is well seasoned; nice, buttery biscuits. But, Son. They got tiny delicious pies! Delicious. I got the apple strudel and it was delicious.
- Gundermarr KlerganfelderspielFebruary 19, 2016Although pricey the chicken is quite tasty. Another $2.50 or so u get soda (unlimited if u stay there), a biscuit and listening to endless country music as u make the most of your little meal.
- Michael OAugust 16, 2014The brisket is amazing, the tip is to ask for the burnt edges since the flavour is around the meat the most... So you get more of its seasoning on the edges
- Larisa GrollemondJuly 20, 2016Great, simple menu for when you're craving some fried chicken. Classic sandwich is good, especially with some coleslaw on the side.
- Luke PackDecember 28, 2015Had chicken sandwich was very good and moist. Fries was okay. Service was awesome great staff. Really like the soda machine with lots of options.
- J CrowleyNovember 18, 2015Fried Chicken Sando with cheese, obvi! Ask for chipotle mayo! Biscuits are awesome. Skip the fries - nothing special. Invest in the mashed potatoes instead.
- The chicken and waffles are a must! Not a ton of space to sit in, but you can generally find a spot to sit during high traffic hours.
- Mazi OApril 6, 2014Great apple pie shake. And the mac&cheese was nice and homestyle. The potatoes were a great mix of mash and seasoned home fries.
- Umair ZiaMay 3, 2014Hill Country's chicken concept. Deliciously overpriced. Get the chicken and waffles & holy crap, have a slice of the whiskey buttermilk pie
- Brian TranNovember 6, 2014Chicken strips were really juicy. I recommended checking out the Mac and cheese too.
- Katya KazbekAugust 16, 2014Get fried chicken, fries, blistered corn salad and fire and ice pickles, as well as cherry pop from the soda fountain. Yum!
- Colin M. FordJanuary 29, 2014The interior is not as charming as the one near Madison Square, but the chicken is just as good. Great addition to the area.
- Sabrina MajeedJuly 4, 2015I can't justify eating straight up fried chicken so instead I order the cluckster salad. The dressing/sauce is bomb, and probably unhealthy.
- Jason KJanuary 9, 2014The chickwich was really tasty, but was surprised to have a boned breast. Not sure if that's on purpose or not. Next expect that in a chicken sandwich. Still, really tasty.
- Aesop FableMonsterAugust 18, 2014The ladies at the counter are friendly. My food was cold when I received it. Though I liked my food, I will not be going here again. In my opinion, it was no different than any fried chicken venue.
- Joshua BlackJanuary 18, 2014Format needs a little reworking. You end up spending most of your meal waiting in-line. Food is pretty good, though.
- TiffanyMay 26, 2014It was alright. Didn't love it at all but my coworkers did. It is definitely white southern and not black southern food.
- Alexis TaiJune 10, 2014If you have any type of tastebuds... run away from this franchise. The chicken tastes like they put shake and bake in a bag with sugar and called it a day. No FLAVOR. ATALL
- Theresa RDecember 31, 2013For a "chicken" place the chicken is pretty terrible. You're better off a KFC for less than half the price or stick to the pies and boylans soda fountain.
- David BuccolaMarch 10, 2014It's pretty bad. The chicken had been under a heat way too long. Nothing was fresh. The dining room was dirty. It's a dirty, nasty place. Don't waste your money.
- alissa sJune 22, 2014The seasoning on the fried chicken is pretty weird... as in: not good. Two thumbs down.
