There is a fitness center. They share with the hotel next door.

If you don't mind waiting for the elevator for minutes. It's best the stay on the lower levels. I have to wait for 3-5 minutes to get into the elevator.

Location was awesome but that is about it. I didn't have any view on 29th floor and rooms are small, it took me 10 minutes for the elevator to come and I didn't finish my breakfast.

One block from Time Square and not the high price of a city hotel. Hotel is only 2yrs old so everything is new. Park on 40th street garage. Only $30. $55 valet and the $45 garage across hotel is $45

Apparently you need a degree to work the A/C Unit....it will randomly turn on even if the control says off.. This hotel and all its amenities are great!!!

Decent hotel for the money, lifts can take a while, breakfast not great and you need a degree in air conditioning units to operate the damn thing, but it's clean and modern, also not in a bad location

They have the WORST elevators I have ever seen!! One has been closed for 4 days now for the staff to use it. Not good for 36 floors. We constantly had to wait 15-20 minutes for one!

Rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast is good. Do not pay extra for city view there isn't much to look at.

Bad experience at the reception desk, right during arrival. I was treated like cattle. Won't come back again!

I hate this hotel - my room key de-magnetized each rime I return to my room. An there is a line of ppl like me with the same problem at reception desk. Will never visit this hotel again.

Our room had ants. (We thought they were bed bugs at first, but thankfully, they weren't.) And we were on the 16th floor!
