- michael liuAugust 9, 2011If you don't mind waiting for the elevator for minutes. It's best the stay on the lower levels. I have to wait for 3-5 minutes to get into the elevator.
- Tatyana KondratevaOctober 14, 2011Location was awesome but that is about it. I didn't have any view on 29th floor and rooms are small, it took me 10 minutes for the elevator to come and I didn't finish my breakfast.
- Glenn FajotaSeptember 28, 2011One block from Time Square and not the high price of a city hotel. Hotel is only 2yrs old so everything is new. Park on 40th street garage. Only $30. $55 valet and the $45 garage across hotel is $45
- Apparently you need a degree to work the A/C Unit....it will randomly turn on even if the control says off.. This hotel and all its amenities are great!!!
- Kevin GutteridgeJanuary 20, 2012Try breakfast here, the pancakes, bacon, scambled egg, omelettes are all good
- BJ KilleenApril 20, 2011Bigger room than many NY hotels. Room clean and quiet. Close to lots walking distance. Id stay here again.
- jon accarrinoOctober 19, 2022Extremely expensive for an older and rundown hotel. They only thing this place has going for it is location.
- Decent hotel for the money, lifts can take a while, breakfast not great and you need a degree in air conditioning units to operate the damn thing, but it's clean and modern, also not in a bad location
- They have the WORST elevators I have ever seen!! One has been closed for 4 days now for the staff to use it. Not good for 36 floors. We constantly had to wait 15-20 minutes for one!
- Stephen HaselhorstJanuary 16, 2011Rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast is good. Do not pay extra for city view there isn't much to look at.
- Small room, clogged sink, but literally Times Square is just a few blocks away!
- Alberto ArbexJanuary 20, 2014Bad experience at the reception desk, right during arrival. I was treated like cattle. Won't come back again!
- Michele CalderonJuly 6, 2013Got married right out of this hotel . The wedding was in timesquare july 7,2012. Came back to celebrate our 1 yr. Staff is awesome.
- Petr DidenkoSeptember 15, 2010I hate this hotel - my room key de-magnetized each rime I return to my room. An there is a line of ppl like me with the same problem at reception desk. Will never visit this hotel again.
- Mel CayloOctober 9, 2010Our room had ants. (We thought they were bed bugs at first, but thankfully, they weren't.) And we were on the 16th floor!
- Laura RiggsMay 29, 2012I am LOVING the room...for the price & the location, its AWESOME compared to my LAST N.Y.C. visit!
- Nice hotel. Breakfast is ok coz they didn't have croissants :(
- I recommend staying here. Rooms are kinda small but hotel staff is AWESOME. Breakfast wasn't bad, either.
