- Robert McGregorMay 24, 2014This is a CONVENTION CENTER hotel. If you don't know that ahead of time you may be surprised to be kept awake by dozens of noisy, drunk 20 year- olds partying outside & in the hallways like tonight!
- KacieNovember 27, 2011Great staff:) if you have a problem let them know right away! They are more than willing to fix it but you have to let them know. You'd be surprised at the # of ppl who don't tell and then complain.
- Kids channel are 49 50 and 51. 50 is disney. The WiFi isn't clear but just connect in settings and open internet. You need to enter the name you signed into the hotel with and your room number.

- The service is amazing. The Parkside Tower floors don't match up to the room numbers.
