Offbeat L.A.January 29, 2016Opened in 1969. Diner food. Homemade pie. Once a chain that had 32 in So Cal alone, this is the last one standing.

There is an early bird breakfast menu. Good food for a great price. Get there before 11:00 AM and they have Cholula Salsa for your eggs. :)

The fresh peach pie is only available around July and August. And it almost always sells out by the time the evening comes along.

The decor feels like a Denny's, but no complaints on the pie selection!

The peanut butter cream pie made my tastebuds sob with absolute joy. A MUST try if you're a pb fan.
