Food in main terminal is much better than food in satellite terminal, so eat before you take the transfer train.

sorry...if you cannot get a glass of red wine nor withdraw cash nor eat something other than fast food in the entire terminal -- this is not the best airport in the world

Seoul' s cabs and subway are both fairly inexpensive. Tipping isn't customary in Korea.

It takes about two hours from Dongdaemun to Incheon Airport by airport bus with not much traffic therefore make sure you leave enough time.
