- Silvestre AcedilloSeptember 22, 2013Great experience! If you can ask for the direct from the elevator room, and facing the Bay, it is exquisite. It is on "Top of the Hill", so you have an awesome view. The morning brunch can't be beat!Upvoted Oct 18
- InterContinental Hotels & ResortsJune 14, 2012Hands down the best 360 degrees sights of San Francisco from Top of the Mark, the legendary bar where Martinis have their own menu. Lychee Martini, the Lemon Drop and the French 75 are the classics. Read more
- @JaumePrimeroAugust 30, 2014I love staying here when I'm in SF. The prices are reasonable and the views are spectacular. The trolley stops right in front of the entrance too!
- Brian SimisterAugust 28, 2014Great hotel. Just remember that after a long day of sightseeing that it is uphill in any direction. I recommend the cable car to get back to your room.
- If it’s sunny or decent weather head straight to the top of the mark for some views of San Francisco in every direction-angle
- Service! Service! Service! And loads of old world charm. Check in was smooth; the room was beautiful; water pressure in the shower was perfect; the lotion was thick and moisturizing. Big fan!
- We are here for our wedding anniversary. Staff is outstanding. David at front desk did his best to get us checked in fast. Treat the bellmen & concierge nicely they have worked here many years.
- Sarah DunnJuly 4, 2016Get a drink at the Top of the Mark for amazing views of the city! But be there when it opens at 430 or else be prepared to wait to get in!
- Thomas CoronaNovember 30, 2015Extraordinary hotel, definitely one of the best options in SF, also, the location is incredible, as well the view
- Rich MondorMarch 8, 2016Great historic hotel in a very convinient location. Be forward that you may have to walk the hills if you cannot get a ride up on the cable car.
- Gabriel AcostaJanuary 30, 2016Great hotel at the top of nob hill with amazing views of the city. Only negative is there are no included breakfast benefits.
- Anand PatelNovember 6, 2013If you're traveling w/ small kids ask for Room 226. Nice view and the corner room is HUGE compared to many of the others in the hotel. Alot of closet space as well.
- Courtney DoyleJune 3, 2013Gorgeous rooms, wonderful staff and an incredible view of the city. Check in on Foursquare and you might get a pleasant surprise.
- Lia ShieldsDecember 2, 2013Fabulous hotel - fantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful. Free internet for Platinum Priority Club members. Can't wait to return!
- HelloKitty BayBayJuly 16, 2013Bed is comfy, no free wi-fi, views are great & bring a sweater. It gets chilly in the evening up here. Beautiful hotel.
- Chris SchoenfeldSeptember 28, 2011Service is excellent. A lovely historical landmark. Wifi $15/day and not good from my room at least. No HDTV. Great room service menu & food but pricier than others.
- Tim BakerAugust 21, 2014Pro tip: sign up for the free IHG rewards club and in-room WiFi is free. You can do it in 30 seconds from your phone.
- Great place to stay, old historic hotel but very well maintained. Best location!!

- HecksOneDecember 14, 2010staff should be more professional - need training - eapecially valet & bell boys - stay at the THE STANFORD COURT next door & get treated like a guest. I recommend a drink from Rene at the lobby bar
- Ok small skim milk & 330 ml water=$13.05 from the grab & go in the lobby cafe.
- Jenny WNovember 12, 2013If you've been to nice restaurants with views in other major cities, Top of the Mark is both underwhelming in food and atmosphere
- Otel.comMay 3, 2012There's an excellent health and fitness centre here, so you can stay in shape even of you're away from home.
http://j.mp/KdciQw - Craig VillamorDecember 20, 2015Goo sized room for an older hotel. Clean comfortable bed. Great views.
- Lothaire RuellanAugust 25, 2012The gym here is tiny and has no weight or barbell. If you want to get a decent workout, go to the newly renovated Chinatown YMCA which offers weekly passes for just $30.
- Michael CoxSeptember 8, 2015Enjoy a late lunch if you are starving in a quiet atmosphere with delicious food
- kelsey ganDecember 31, 2010stay here every time we're in the city! excellent service and an amazing location. in my opinion, worth the price

- Erik HomFebruary 13, 2012Featured in 2 movies, Bullitt where the witness is spotted in the lobby; and Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo
- Used to be top notch but if you're age 20-35 find a different place that's not quite so stuffy and has better ammenities
- Grzesiek KawałkoApril 8, 2012If u want to mark in the hotel its $51+ tax..instead oark block away on taylor between california n sacramento for $27
- Have a breakfast and watch the fog disappearing on top of the marks
- Dani CunninghamSeptember 6, 2013Wifi is not free to guests & if you leave your "do not disturb sign" on expect daily knocks on your door by security. Annoying!!
