- Angelica MTNovember 18, 2012Well-appointed. Located right at the water's edge. Walking distance to key sites and stone's throw away from South station. Wonderful showers. Gorgeous, comfy beds.
- FahadJuly 17, 2015Love it. Amazing location and view. As fancy as it gets. Customer service is excellent. Food is great. A little overpriced, though.
- Steven CreelmanMarch 1, 2017The whole scene is Fantastic. The bar in the Lobby spills out into little Living Room pockets. Lots of space ypu many different posses
- AliJanuary 23, 2018Was there for new years eve. They have a five course new year dinner that’s awesome. Their lobster is pretty great.
- JaneMarch 12, 2011Love the bathrooms. Also, the attention to location of elevators and ice makers in relationship to rooms is extremely well planned. Location of hotel is premium and rates are reasonable considering
- RexAugust 3, 2019Fancy lobby. Property is right on the water across the bridge from Seaport. Walking distance to South Station.
- Unless you're having a convention here and your company pays for everything, spend your money on a hotel with good customer service, like The W. Bathrooms aren't very private if you share your room.
- MassimoSeptember 9, 2014Really nice rooms. Check out the gym and pool. And don't forget the steam room - oh yeah!
- Maynard TannOctober 8, 2014Modern decor and rather large rooms. Location near Harbor with great views. Wifi in rooms can be spotty.
- Christopher WoodsJuly 24, 2015Good hotel I the heart of the financial district. It's expensive though so watch out!
- Nicole KopaczJuly 25, 2013Loved the room. Nice view, good desk area, and sliding panels that open the bedroom to the bathroom were different, yet neat.
- Good location, valet parking for 44$. Rooms are quite large compared with other intercontinental hotels in the area.
- Tyler FoxOctober 25, 2014The gym is very nice. Hitting the steam room after walking around town was perfect.
- Pete WMay 13, 2014Park your car elsewhere. Multiple bumper scuffs and bird poop are these valets specialties.
- Pretty god rooms - quite large and comfortable compared to other hotels in Boston.
- There are multiple burgers available. The best one is from room service late-night.
- DressCode BostonApril 17, 2012#BOSMen12 will be held at InterContinental Boston's popular rum and champagne bar, RumBa. Join Boston’s growing fashion community for outstanding menswear show http://bosmen12.eventbrite.com
- Kimberly OdomJuly 1, 2013You can get food in the bar until 1:00 am, handy when flying in from the west coast.
- Got a lot of "no" here. No free wifi, warned that security might take our duty-free bottles (they don't allow outside liquor). Long wait for bell service & he seemed exasperated by our many bags.
- Nicely appointed rooms. Beds incredibly uncomfortable - not up to the level of hotel standard. Bathrooms are big and luxurious, but functionally bad. Service, so-so ... Great location.
- L.VApril 18, 2013They have forgotten to put the extra bed we asked weeks ago and at the check out they wanted to charge us for the breakfasts which was already included in thee room rate...
- No good reason for this place to be so expensive. The staff are rude and pushy. The guy working the door forced us to let him get our bags and tried to hustle a tip when we didn't want any help.
- Free wifi in lobby and club lounge. Not sure why people keep saying no wifi. The password is "ICBoston"
- Kristina MoorheadSeptember 24, 2013Horrible front desk service, gift shop clerk was flossing teeth while checking me out, beds are uncomfortable...too expensive of a hotel for these and other issues.
- David LaffertyOctober 2, 2010Miel Restaurant is outstanding. The hotel customer service is second to none.
