- Jared RauhJune 25, 2013The Marriott is located at the perfect spot in Kauai! Everything on the island is within an hour driving distance. But no need to go far, everything is right here! Incredible place.
- the best built weather radar on the island, just as good as the coconut wireless communication (:
- DJ CapobiancoOctober 9, 2016A little over the top for my taste, but lovely for 1 or 2 nights. A bit vegas-y and a crappy beach, but a fantastic pool!
- Sean MelickMarch 25, 2012We had a great time. The service is amazing. However, very family oriented and lots of seniors. Nothing wrong with this, but it's not romantic or peaceful. Hot tubs are full of kids all the time.
- Chad is the best concierge. Very helpful and friendly. Best hotel resort of all the islands. I will definitely be coming back!
- Chantae ReneeMay 26, 2014Easy check in process, staff is nice. The fees the pond at 9am so that's a fun site to see.
- So pretty. Amazing pools at hot tubs. Feeding of the koi fish at 9 am... you can feed them too!
- Save yourself some moneys by bootlegging booze into the pool area from the ABC Store down the street. Evan[Bu] recommends Trader Vic's Mai Tai's and Coors Light.
- David BuckmasterJanuary 23, 2015Great location nice fun restaurants ear by. Gym is just average and pool is amazing but needs to be heated. Very disappointed we reserve a king size bed we got 2 twins
- Kemi AMarch 9, 2015If you need Wi-Fi for school/work and wifi does not come with your reservation, buy it! The free WiFi is very unreliable - it kicks you offline every 5-10 minutes even with active use.
- Very friendly and helpful staff. They brought all of our groceries from the car up to our room. They were very responsive to any of our requests.
- PaddyFebruary 29, 2016It's a nice place but staff were not helpful. Our king bed reservation on day 1 of our honeymoon was changed to be 2 queen beds. Staff waived resort fee but also removed the perks that come with it
- Beverly MauchOctober 31, 2014Everything! Such a beautiful & relaxing place to enjoy the Garden Island!
- For breakfast Swing by Aupaka Terrace and pickup an egg Bento box and enjoy the view!
- check out this safety water tip, it's located in front of Dukes restaurant (:
- Torro Tei sushi is awesome! It's right inside the resort and the cheapest, best food. Free sake with a roll. Got a couple comped apps too.
- Gerald SharpJuly 2, 2012Grounds are beautiful, Dukes restaurant is the best: you will be charged $25 per day for resort fee.
- Mary NMay 20, 2012Don't buy marriott timeshares.as platinum premier members, stayed at marriott on poi pu, these people won't let us use a lounge chair to wait on our plane, the style is greek, asian, and '60s=horrid
- CallieNovember 18, 2010Best beds everrrrr!! Rooms are pretty big compared to the standard hotel room and the bathrooms are big too!! Love this place!!
- Loy's of open space, bring comfortable shoes so you can explore
- Eric VenkerAugust 21, 2014Pretty run down and not a lot happening. Nice golf course but minimal amenities. Clearly third rate compared to the Hyatt and the Sheraton.
- Aupaka Terrace is a GREAT place to enjoy morning coffee and soak in the surroundings as Hawaiian music plays in the background...
- Gillian MuessigSeptember 30, 20101/2 price of other major Kauai resort properties. Older, 2 miles from airport, elegant in its day, fading, it's still lovely. Staff stretched, not up to standards for similar quality properties
- Lindsey Nelson SimmonsJuly 28, 2011The ocean is great! Internet is a rip off @ $15 per day. Kauai Marriott Beach Club!
- If you need help with anything, get Leon's help at front desk. He was a huge help to us sorting out bills on 2/11/11.
- Rob WilliamsMarch 2, 2011If you're in the back tower, Ka'Upu, there's a convenient parking lot just steps from the elevator.
- Ly-LyDecember 17, 2010Wear your walking shoes! Hotel is built wrong, the parking is located practically a mile from any room!
- Brittany ColemanAugust 5, 2011Great place to hang out for a few hours if you're waiting for a flight!
- Potato hash at Kakui's is the best breakfast dish on the island. It has pork in it. Come on!
- Lindsey Nelson SimmonsJuly 28, 2011Internet is a rip off $15 per day! But the beach and pool are awesome.
- Great pool and uncrowded beach. Good place to learn paddleboarding.
- If you like Mai Tais, have a "Tai Chi" at Kukui's bar by the pool. The food's not bad either!
- Richard DeanJanuary 18, 2011So many better places to stay on Kauai. Helicopters buzz by every few minutes. Go south!
