Food for thought, and thoughtful food. No wonder this Dupont Circle institution’s constantly crammed. If the waits for a table can be long – well, it’s not like you couldn’t find a book to read.

This place must get good ratings for the bookstore. The breakfast food is just not worth it, everything was rubbery. I'd rather get a protein box from Starbucks next door than eat here.

Dupont Circle’s local independent bookseller. Afterwards is good, 20% overpriced, but always full. Traditionally, they have even operated a skeleton crew on snowpocalypse OPM days off.
