Kursad Albayraktaroglu: This place is a veritable temple of kebab - excellent place to bring a foreign guest or just to enjoy with family. Iskender is always a good choice. Convenient location at Umitkoy.
Kursad Albayraktaroglu: Nice view of the Vianden Castle, generous portions of meat you cook yourself on a hot stone. It was crowded even on a relatively quiet Sunday afternoon.
Kursad Albayraktaroglu: Vast range of choices from both Turkish and world cuisine; very pleasant and cozy ambience. Highly recommended if you are around Bilkent.
Kursad Albayraktaroglu: Absolutely amazing museum on a historic aircraft carrier. I have visited all five US aircraft carriers on display (Midway, Hornet, Lexington, Intrepid and Yorktown) and USS Midway is by far the best.

Kursad Albayraktaroglu: Superb collection of military aircraft from Italy and other countries - many aircraft here are the last surviving examples of their type. Absolutely worth the trek from Rome for aviation enthusiasts.

Kursad Albayraktaroglu: Good burgers - but seriously, why would you eat a burger in Rome? Not a bad place to stop and have something to eat while visiting the US Embassy or otherwise sightseeing in the Via Veneto area.
