- Kyle RyanAugust 3, 2015Get the Cobb Salad. Sit by the window, ignore the techies on their laptops. This place maintains the lovely, unique French vibe as long as you ignore that La Boulange is a chain eatery.
- sukesh sukumaranFebruary 20, 2015Fresh food and nice ambience. Strange though that when you're eating in, food arrives without cutlery, nor the (good) cappuccino with sugar and stirrer
- French Toast served with fresh fruit and just the right amount of maple syrup..divine! Also grab some fresh sliced bread (real bread) and a bag of homemade Granola....YUM.
- Sophia SummerloveAugust 3, 2015No wifi, but you can catch the Banana Republic's one. Also be careful with large drinks, they come in an actual soup bowl
- Monica NearyJanuary 13, 2013The Homemade Granola with Fresh Fruit! And everyone is super nice on Sundays here :) I like the new staff
- Christine BJuly 5, 2012Great little cafe and bakery. Very reasonable prices for SF and great food and pastries. Coffee is very good as well.
- Sabina B.August 6, 2014I could eat the Provençal BLT every single day for weeks, but really all the food here is solid.
- A DuffautAugust 29, 2013Must have the Cannelé of Bordeaux .... soft and tender custard center and a dark, thick caramelized crust .... heavenly!!!!!
- The staff here is great and so is the food! Try their mushroom soup and their sweet chai, perfect for a cold day!
- Cappuccinos are some of the best in SF, spare the occasional off day. I stop here almost every morning before work.
- Their kids menu is boss. I like the grilled cheese or banana nutella brioche with fruit ... less than $5!
- BonAugust 31, 201210: try the canneles. After you return from heaven goto 20. 20: get the kougin aman. 30: goto 10 for happy fatness.
- Get the table by the front window for some of the best people watching in the city.
- Dave WhelanDecember 3, 2014Want WiFi? The Banana Republic free WiFi seems to work here. Buy a sweater there someday to thank them.
- Jim WNovember 27, 2011The Fantastic French Toast is indeed fantastic! (If you enjoy soft, eggy French toast ... which I do).
- Johannes EckertAugust 31, 2013You can get two slices of toast and do your own marmalade. That's pure European breakfast.
- A bowl of coffee still only $2 with Straus Organic Dairy a steal
- Alex FOctober 14, 2011The croque monsieur is, no joke, better than the one at the tourist trap Amelie cafe in Paris. Try with the quinoa salad.
- Order off if the kids menu for the granola. The portion is smaller and more reasonable
- Jeanelle PetrilloDecember 25, 2012chocolate hazelnut croissant and almond croissants are delish. cups should not be bowls.
- Caesar salad, delish. $5 sandwiches and $3.75 minis are a steal! Beats packing my lunch everyday.
- Jeff SmithMarch 25, 2012Had almond croissant and pecan sticky bun. Excellent, but really one would have sufficed!
- Kate LehmanSeptember 8, 2011Check out the la boulange salad.....fried egg and Bacon with greens? Yes, please.
- The bread pudding is delicious! They use croissants to make the bread pudding.
- The Omelette is pretty tasty. Try with runny Swiss cheese. Don't try the decaf coffee.
