- Jordan GrosecloseNovember 20, 2014Had a wonderful one night stay. We did get stuck in the only working elevator for 5 minutes but overall the stay was great. The rooftop bar/pool area was perfect for relaxing in the sun.Upvoted 3 days ago
- Laura BJanuary 31, 2013Irma Sue at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. She even sent some water up to us when we had obviously been out late enjoying the nightlife. Really went out of her way, great hospitality!
- Great location if you're focused on Duval St. The pool is relatively small but nice and enjoyable. Room on Duval St side can be pretty loud throughout the day and night from street noise.
- Chris BiggMay 15, 2013The pool had very nasty water in it and was extremely small! The room was small, but very nice! Rooftop was amazing!!! The staff were pretty nice as well.
- Nice rooms and ver convenient for walking around Key West but the walls are very"thin" and you can hear people talking in the next room. We had folks having a party in the room above us.
- StacyJuly 3, 2017Just beautiful! Close to everything. Newly renovated rooms. Small pool, but cozy with a pool bar.
- Gilberto Andre ElissetcheJuly 7, 2017Very nice hotel. They have great service and very good breakfast!
- Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Go to the rooftop to watch the sunset... Amazing! The pool was kinda nasty though when we were there.
- Great location - service could use training. Our room was nerve serviced !!! All hotels on key west are the same price next time st regius or Hyatt. All the same price
- Jose NaninFebruary 4, 2016Rooms are nice as long as you get a junior suite and above. Top Spa is very good!
- SO DISAPPOINTED! A/C didn't cool my room, and when I called, their solution was to bring me a fan! When I asked for a late check-out, as promised to Platinum IHG members, I was told "No, they're a
- StephenJuly 8, 2013Once upon a time, one could come up and enjoy the view, then a drink purchase was required, now a special drink purchase is required , don't waste your time!!!
- Judye PhebusOctober 30, 2013All free! No purchase required to come up the elevator and enjoy this wonderful view!
- Lisa FrehseeJune 27, 2012Beautiful renovated rooms in this classy historic hotel in the heart of everything
- Pools under construction, 2 bars closed. Only great thing we can say it's Craig and Gill the bartenders are amazing as well as the shuttle driver. Horrible service other than that
- The blinds are great for totally blocking out the light. The pool is way smaller than it looks in the pictures. Scotty the bartender at the pool is not the nicest.
- Terry BatesJune 3, 2012Tallest building on Duval with the fastest elevators! Historic hotel with walking convenience to party!
- Dori GehlingMay 3, 2010Nic at the pool bar pays more attention to his friends who get to drink the "overflow" of his customers drinks for free. He thinks he's too cool for the hotel guests.
- Balcony rooms on 2nd floor are great for people watching on Duval but noisy and TINY! Smallest bathroom EVER! Barely enough room to close the door to get to the shower and we're not big people.

- Ron KueblerDecember 23, 2013I unlocked this cool scene from the movie No Man's Land : The Gas Station. Thanks tumbleweed.me
- Great location - horrible service. Front desk took a personal call while checking in. Our room was not serviced. Bathroom plaster falling down. Perhaps 1.3 stars out of 10. Pathetic choice
- Sarah WarfieldJuly 20, 2010Historical hotel but the AC doesn't work well. Had to switch rooms. Great staff!
- Elizabeth BigelowNovember 5, 2012Super disappointing! Walls are paper thin, rooms are small and dirty (we found a finger nail in our bed!) and terrible customer service. Don't waste your money!
- Apparently the presidential and vice presidential suites have problems with the AC.
- Warning - stayed for 2 nights only Sunday Monday. No service for the room. Left at 10am returned at 12am. Nothing - no service. Nasty
