Best views of Manhattan come while flying into here from the south and at night.
funky flavorAugust 14, 2016Omg avoid this place. This airport is no longer able to support effectively the volume of flights per day. There are countless delays here. Absolutely terrible.
The Southwest terminal here is depressing & unacceptable. There's no reason an airport in one of the world's major cities should be this janky. Tip - buy food beforehand because there's not much here.

So far have had zero luck with food delivery through iPads. First time I tried they never showed up and this time they didn't have what I wanted and it was too late to do anything else. Hungry.
Easily the worst airport on Earth. I'd never fly in or out of LGA again except for the great prices to and from Denver. Terminal D is a little better than the others.
Do NOT take SuperShuttle to get anywhere from the airport. It may be less pricey but you pay for it with a wait that takes as long as your flight was.

They've got airplanes that take you anywhere in the world. It's okay I guess.

You should fly one of those big winged metal things. Their amazing!!
If flying Delta, carry empty water bottle through security and refill at water dispenser near last security checkpoint.
There's now pre-check lanes in both Terminals C and D.
Quick check in and security lines! Construction around the airport makes traffic a nightmare
Pro tip: please wear deodorant when flying. Your seat buddy will thank you for it!
Delta terminal needs better food options (get a food chain in there), but there's lots of outlets
Don't lip off to the security guards otherwise you'll get the back scatter!!
Reminder if taking cab to LGA and flying Delta. Cabbie needs your terminal info.- Joe Biden said it best when he said this place is like a third-world country.
E KMay 14, 2012Delta terminal C requires extra shuttle bus- make sure to allocate extra.time for that!
New Cibo food area by gates 5-8 is the move if crowded by main food court.
Terminal C is a food (and alcohol desert). Unless you like auntie annie's and 3-day old sandwiches, you better eat before hand and hope you don't get stranded.
Traffic is bad due to construction but this is still the easiest NYC airport to get to from Manhattan

There are 3 Delta terminals Shuttle C and D. Boarding passes don't specify between C and D. Allow 10 minutes to change terminals. It's a mess traveling during the day.
