- Pay attention and check your gate often. Many changes in Delta Terminal C today.
- Courtney BoltonDecember 31, 2011Often the TSA scanners break. Be sure to allow extra time, esp during the holidays.
- Easily the worst airport on Earth. I'd never fly in or out of LGA again except for the great prices to and from Denver. Terminal D is a little better than the others.
- Tale off your shoes, or at least unlace them, right after the first TSA ID check. It helps speed up the process.
- we scrawl our names across runways when airplanes sleep / oh don't forget me when you fall asleep

- Quick check in and security lines! Construction around the airport makes traffic a nightmare
- So far have had zero luck with food delivery through iPads. First time I tried they never showed up and this time they didn't have what I wanted and it was too late to do anything else. Hungry.
- The Southwest terminal here is depressing & unacceptable. There's no reason an airport in one of the world's major cities should be this janky. Tip - buy food beforehand because there's not much here.
- Jonathan KahnNovember 8, 2011Many third world countries have airports that are cleaner, more spacious, and more efficient.
- Travis OlsonFebruary 22, 2010If you're ever at LGA, remember to pick up gummi bears from a Roundy's in Minneapolis and then forget them in your bag. It is awesome.
- If flying Delta, carry empty water bottle through security and refill at water dispenser near last security checkpoint.
- There's an Artichoke pizza in the food court in Delta terminal C... The more you know.
- Do NOT take SuperShuttle to get anywhere from the airport. It may be less pricey but you pay for it with a wait that takes as long as your flight was.

- Delta terminal needs better food options (get a food chain in there), but there's lots of outlets
- Traffic is bad due to construction but this is still the easiest NYC airport to get to from Manhattan
- There's now pre-check lanes in both Terminals C and D.
- More convenient & quicker than both EWR & JFK. Nevertheless, Trump called this airport "third world."
- Roslyn Fulton-DahlieJune 27, 2012Be nice to your gate agent: you never know when an upgrade might happen
- You should fly one of those big winged metal things. Their amazing!!
- Don't lip off to the security guards otherwise you'll get the back scatter!!
- Joe Biden said it best when he said this place is like a third-world country.
- New Cibo food area by gates 5-8 is the move if crowded by main food court.
- E KMay 14, 2012Delta terminal C requires extra shuttle bus- make sure to allocate extra.time for that!
- Best views of Manhattan come while flying into here from the south and at night.
- Miss your flight? KAYAK on your phone can get you booked on the next flight in minutes.
- Terminal C is a food (and alcohol desert). Unless you like auntie annie's and 3-day old sandwiches, you better eat before hand and hope you don't get stranded.
- Bennett BontaMay 18, 2013Line for a taxi here is HUGE! But go by fast. You'll spend more time looking for other taxi places.
- Pro tip: please wear deodorant when flying. Your seat buddy will thank you for it!
- Give yourself extra time on Fridays, very busy, very crowded!
- New B Terminal is disappointing. It’s fake nice and still uncomfortably congested.
- 117exploreNovember 3, 2013NO breakfast or any food or drink before security, don't arrive early under the assumption you can sit and wait with a cup of coffee.
