Disappointed in the quality of room service food overall and limited hours of availability. Carpet stains in the suite, which again unexpected and disappointing. No in-room coffee service.

NOT Starwood caliber. Recent renovation did wonders for the lobby but I guess they forgot the actual rooms- very outdated. Also TERRIBLE mattress and poor wifi that costs extra.. Will not stay again.
