Best free zoo in the country! Stick around for feeding time at the lion exhibit if you want to hear the big male lion roar his head off. That sound will go right THROUGH you!

I thought the animals sad, stressed and mistreated in small cages. Many animals were solitary, running in circles and sharing environments to mess with children. I believe the zoo deserves better care

The lions are so thin and sad looking. And the tiger just walks the same path and hits his head against the window each time he passes by. So sad, makes me want to cry!

Bus 151 to the park. The automated radio will tell you when to get off. Don't get off bus too early or you will be walking!

Pack a lunch and just buy snacks because if you drive lot parking is 25 dollars for 1-3 hours.
