- Nice quality hotel. H3 hotel hoppa will take you to the hotel from airport for 5 GBP that can be purchased from driver.
- Gloria ChoiFebruary 20, 2019Great showers! The heat water control is behind you so you’re not in suboptimal water while figuring out optimal temperature.Upvoted Sep 21
- The executive lounge is being remodeled so you get a free glass of house wine. In the bar, with the rudest service in the U.K.
- Jason MayJune 23, 2013Ended up here because Radisson overbooked - great experience after 23:45p arrival from US. Two free wi-fi options in the lobby but not in-room. In-room still pricey at £6/hr or £75/24hrs.
- Take the bus from central bus station near the terminal 1,2,3 Underground stop. Buses 105, 111, 140, and 285 are free in this zone.
- Jefe C.Q.June 23, 2015I like the property, although having to call for ice instead of just having a machine is a slight annoyance. Not a fan of the shuttle that runs around all the airport properties, so I taxi for £24.
- Ed GroenhartMarch 14, 2015Great food at the chiropractic conference I was at here. Also free wifi and reasonable parking.
- Matt QuirkApril 16, 2013A typical Marriott, you know what you will get here if you have stayed in one before. Clean and courteous.
- ShelliJanuary 28, 2014Without asking, checking in as a platinum member, I was upgraded to the Ambassador Suite. Extremely hospitable staff.
- Bill GalwayDecember 16, 20147's bar is pretty good. Lots of monitors to watch the game and pretty good servicd
- The Sevens bar selling Cider on draft now. Also wi -fi is free now!
- Nas JacksonOctober 1The room service was odd. The guy came dressed as a fox and just crouched in the corner of our room for ages making like groaning noise
- Use the conference wifi in the lobby if you must go online. It is free!
- UrbanKlaraFebruary 11, 2014As depressing as you'd expect from airport hotel. Rooms with windows into the lobby are only good for wifi freeloading.
- Spencer HoltawayDecember 31, 2012Where foreigners learn the meaning of 'rip off Britain'. After you've paid for your room, get ready to pay £8 for a sandwich, and £6/hr on wifi.
- Colin CharlesMarch 12, 2013Wifi is a sore point. It's slow and costs dearly. Seemed to get 1hr free Internet on mobile but on laptop it costs
- Richard TessellDecember 30, 2012quite an expensive place...with breakfast for the family one night was 300 gbp
- The gym is really nice but shame about the changing rooms.
- Carol MeyerJuly 18, 2010Not impressed. After a late arrival from the US I had dinner at Allie's American Grille. (There was a Tuscan themed restaurant too, but it was even pricier). The staff was very nice and polite. Many w
- 🌸Maria🌸 AngelMay 17, 2015Not impressed. Taxis don't like to take you here unless you pay in pounds bec it's so close, they don't make the money, like they do for taking u to London.
- LindseyDecember 30, 2012The up charges here are ridiculous and the food is terrible. Walk next door to the Radisson for free wifi and decent, more reasonably-priced food.
- Brynmor ReesMay 6, 2015Comfortable hotel shame the new gym they build is not good. Waste of money 50000£ or whatever it is they said they spent
- Brian PowersSeptember 1, 2012They charge for everything that is normally free at most hotels or they try to pull off the spend XX and get a discount on this...not impressed
- sarah brownJuly 28, 2011Bus from terminal 5 leaves for the Marriott 4 mins and 34 mins past the hour!!
- Liam O callaghanNovember 20, 2010Not a bad hotel, small but nice pool and gym. Shocking charge of £6 per hour for Wi-Fi #fail
