Seriously worst airport. It seems like LAX is perpetually under construction with no improvement. Also doesn't have britia hydration stations.
Get here early to get through security and relax. Worst airport ever so plan around it.

No terminal is good, but Terminal 2 is particularly paltry. Sadly, it's where WestJet comes in.

ErinFebruary 27, 2012Don't take Super Shuttle unless you have a TON of time to waste because after getting picked up it takes about 30 minutes for them to actually get out of the airport. Ridiculous.
Avoid flying Oceanic whenever possible, especially flight 815.
Worst post-TSA shopping EVER! Duty Free shops have virtually no selection to choose from, which is extremely overpriced as well.

Best food is in International Terminal. Soba noodles, etc.
Still the worst airport in America! Bags take longer to get to you than Chicago and Atlanta and its 1/3 the size and volume. Terrible.
