The Virgin/Alaskan terminal just added full body scanners.
Elise KiddJune 24, 2011Don't ever try to meet someone here. It is disgusting, decrepit. There is no arrival board for all arrivals, just tiny monitors in each separate terminal. No one could be helpful or speak English.
everytging is closed so no snacks for me on the redeye. Looks like all shops close at 10PM
The worst airport. Poor organization which makes it feel very crowded. Slow security check, plan at least an extra hour from ticket to gate. Bad restaurants. I only fly out of here when I have to.
This is my least favorite airport in the whole wide world. </3
if your united flight leaves on time you should get an award or something

If you fly Delta and have to depart out of Term 6 leave extra time - airport is a mess with construction.
Check in at least 40 minutes before your flight otherwise your bag may not get on the plane!
If ever doing coast to coast... Go with Virgin. #topnotch #LAX to #JFK the nice and easy way.
As 1970s this airport can be...the excitement to touch down in LA/310 never gets old.
Kerry HassenJuly 24, 2011Continental terminal is under construction and is a mess. Ask for directions if you need a different terminal as signage in construction zone is poor.
