Be prepared non US citizens to wait for hours in immigration 5th trip this year and only gets worse!
Wait at least 20 minutes after eating before going into the pool.
This airport sucks. One of the worst of all major US cities. And I live in So Cal so i have to go through this place regularly
A tip? Bulldoze this place and start over. There is nothing good about this airport.
Combined wait time to check at bag and get through security at Southwest terminal 1 was 1 hour!

Terminal 2 Starbucks near the gates = slowest service! Don't bother if you don't have a lot of time.
90 minutes isn't enough to catch your flight on a Tuesday morning at Terminal 7. United needs to figure this out with LAX soon, or go find another carrier. Better yet, go to BUR.
The Alaska Airlines terminal is a nightmare landscape of screaming babies and horrible food. Enjoy!
