These thick meaty short ribs are marinated, then slow cooked for 6 hours before being finished on the grill in our homemade sticky BBQ sauce. the tender, thick meat falls off effortlessly from the bones. superb flavour, easy to eat. a must for any rib connoisseur.

There are many haggis makers in Scotland. We searched high and low for the best only to discover a local boy A.J.Hornigs was by far, we think, the best. Served with a whisky and cream sauce on a bed of exquisite turnip, honey and thyme puree.

The meat is slowly simmered with fresh rosemary, garlic, tomatoes, and red wine. possibly the greatest meat dish that can accompany mash as you just need something to soak up all the wonderful sauce. the meat just falls of the bone with the slightest of cuts.
