- Nadiya ParamayudaApril 16, 2017Fast and far ranged free wifi. Good asian food in its foodcourt, shops a plentiful, whats not awesome about MCO?
- Dan RitchieOctober 6, 2012We came in the middle of the day on a weekend and from start to finish it took us less than an hour to return the rental car, check in, go through security, and just find out way around. Yay!
- Debbie CraigJanuary 10, 2013The security lines are rediculous! Speak up out loud if you have a flight to catch. You might get a nice traveler to let you cut in, like me! Guards offer no extra help in speeding up this process.
- Great shopping at this airport---Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, etc. and also a nice hotel option right on site (Hyatt).
- Andy DonnellyMarch 14, 2017The new E passport portal were quick and easy. Immigration was a breeze to nice and speedy after collecting bags
- Dru DaltonMay 17, 2010If you are picking someone up late night, eg midnight, from terminal A, drive up to the "departures". It's dead up there and you can sit and wait in your car w/o getting yelled at every two minutes.
- Allyson JacobMarch 10, 2014Food options in terminal A are a little limited: burger king, brioche doree, a few things from on the border to go, an Italian joint, and cold stone. More options before you get on the train.
- Wika RivDecember 11, 2018Awesome airport! Lots of amenities , good WiFi, air traffic flights easy to depart and arrive.
- Arrive early! Lines are outrageously long! TSA Pre-check and CLEAR are a must to avoid long wait times.
- Eat before you get here. Most of the restaurants that used to be here have closed. You will spend more time in line for food than for a ride at Disney.
- Adam PortraisJune 12, 2013In the morning! Always opt out. TSA has no clue about ANYTHING the body scanners do or don't do- plus, you'll be checked for GPR- how cool is that? And remember- If you see something- Say something.
- CoriJune 14, 2013Get there early cause they did not lay out their security lines very well and it gets way too congested!!
- AJ KleinApril 25, 2013Do give yourself extra time & mindful breathing w/ the extra surly & self important MCO TSA staff who mostly seem to have been rejected from DMVs and post offices for coarseness and pomposity...
- If you're flying United, there's no separate bag drop line if you checked in on-line. They're just going to try to scam you into using the skycap service outside. The inside line moves pretty fast.
- Easiest and quickest airport security line I've ever been in-very impressed! And you can keep your shoes on now!
- Colin LordApril 3, 2017There's a Hyatt literally inside the airport. The balconies overlook TSA screenings. (If that's your thing to watch.)
- Quint PertzschAugust 19, 2013Way to go Orlando airport. Thanks for making us sit on the Tarmac after we've landed for nearly 30 minutes because you don't have staff to open a gate. It's not like the plane is on a clear schedule!
- Amal SAugust 3, 2016A world class airport without the fuss. It has the laid back style of a tropical island airport.
- Very neat and clean airport with a beautiful lake and lawn view when riding the terminal shuttle. You know you’re on vacation as soon as you land!
- MuratMarch 26, 2017Very big, gates are separated from the checkin area by a train. Checkin area is a kind of mess, gates area is cool. Give extra time to pass the checkin and security area.
- Amazing airport. There is a mexican grill restaurant, a Burguer King, and an italian food restaurant in the Airside 1
- Nice Airport. Give yourself sometime the security lines are typically backed up due to stroller and wheelchair checks.
- Mario Patcha Gray SinclairNovember 1, 2016A lot of people don't realize the Cell lot is a waiting area for Departing & Arriving flights! You don't have to drive around in circles while waiting for your flyer to show up.
- Give yourself double the normal time for security--as a tourist hot-spot, MCO is a nightmare. Lots of passengers with no idea what is going on. Minimal food beyond security, hotel on site.
- Beware tourist season(s) security lines a true 2hr wait -- more than # of people, many with children do not know about TSA requirements. If you travel here often get a Clear or TSA pass
- The atrium area in front of the TSA screening for gates 70 - 129 is a great place to sit if you're waiting to pick up friends or family.
- Hold on to the pole on the tran. Tried to surf. Did not work. Also, comfy leather chairs with outlets next to your armrest at Gate 124. Waddup. :)
- April HollandOctober 27, 2013Staff members here are very nice and accommodating. Military members and their family can go thru employee/crew member security check point.
- Brandon UttleyFebruary 18, 2019Go For Launch was here! You can learn a lot from the magical marketing in Orlando. www.goforlaunch.io #alwaysbemarketing #goforlaunch
- DO arrive 2 hours before departure time. Make sure all your electronics are charged as any and all outlets are always being used. DON'T expect a quiet experience. Most people are here with kids.
- SamsoniteMay 3, 2011Enjoy the magic of Orlando, Disney or no Disney at the Orlando International Airport. The food court houses a 3,000-gallon aquarium with 100+ sea critters.
- Nigel RoweMay 3, 2011Fastest way through security seems to be the line on the far right next to the Employee/Airline Crews. This gets opened up to everyone in the line next to it frequently.
- Waylon ChavezNovember 15, 2012Very busy airport. Make sure you get here at least 1.5 hours ahead of your flight to make sure you get through security in time.
- Portion sizes generous. Nachos are a meal and 2 or 3 can split Van Fleet
- Its a nice airport. Busy, but not like a LAX or New York airport. Nice people, nice restaurants and shops.
- The have a pre-check station on the second floor by the Delta office. Make sure you have your passport, $85, and have preregistered online
- Great airport! Love the tram system, makes it easy and quick to get from point A to B!
- Center top parking is the way to go. Head up the A or B side parking areas, then go to the top and look for Hyatt and center top. Much easier!
- Tim AgaMay 8, 2019Really busy airport but very smooth security procesd. Lines were long but got through quickly.
- Get to the airport VERY early, because security here is always a nightmare.
- Elizabeth NicolJanuary 11, 2015Used Uber cab and Saved more than 200% on average in the parks and resorts areas over 3 days. Uber is more responsive, the cars are nicer, and the drivers are great!
- Love this airpo. Wifi available. Disney shop and pretty good directed. You won't get lost.
- Best spot to people watch is in Terminal A- The Starbucks next to security has a sculpture called "The Traveler"... Just sit and watch the reactions... :)
- ChristianMay 25, 2013Getting here early will serve you well, and if at all possible get a morning flight, at 5:00am you'll breeze right through clearance making your travel that much more relaxing.
- Eric JackyJuly 23, 2011If you are coming from the Kissimmee area (around Disney) it can be much faster to take the 417 from celebration and come in the south entrance to MCO
- Very nice airport. A variety of things to see and do before your flight😄.
