What’s Melt? It is an outstanding Texas BBQ restaurant in Paris. The masterful meats are slowly smoked (up to 15 hours). When eaten, the meat truly falls right off the bone. Delicious!

Delicious, service at top speed, good prices and nice people, everything you need. We had ribs and brisket, both perfect. Only thing to mention is that the tables are REALY close to each other.

We had the brisket and spareribs, very very tasty but not so big portions. The side dishes were really good as well, also very friendly staff!
