Get the Tokushima and hit it with some spice. Broth is flavorful and bright, not just a muddled salt bomb. Best all-around bowl that I've had in this ramen-crazed town.

Tokushima special ramen is awesome. Get the slow boiled egg instead of raw egg. Thick, flavorful broth.

Tonkatsu is good, but the Tokushima ramen is the reason to come here. Comes with a raw egg, I like to poach it in the warm broth.

Tokushima ramen with boiled egg was great. The pork slices are chewy but the pork belly is perfect.

Ramen from the Shikoku region, with thicker broth and thinner noodles. They have rice available to order, to eat with leftover soup.

awesome ramen. if you order anything outside of a bowl of ramen (eg: extra noodles, etc), it's highly likely they'll forget.

You gotta remember to save some of that broth to eat with your donburi! Must get one to share at the table.

The seasoned boiled egg is out of this world, and the broth is totally amazing. Get more chashu.

Tokushima ramen: broth was a little thin with soapy noodles. Tonkatsu ramen: extremely watery broth. Egg was ok but slightly overcooked exterior/slightly undercooked interior/not marinated long enough

Their signature Tokushima ramen was pretty disappointing. Nothing exciting about the broth, the chashu was mostly fatty and not at all tender and the raw egg is a pretty weird idea

Add minced garlic to your ramen! They leave a small container of it + tiny spoon on every table.
