Disappointing. Smoked meat mealy & dry, sides boring & flavorless. Add steep prices + small portions + tons of hype = sad sandwichface. Go to Katz's down the street to turn that frown upside down.

I find their knife skills to be lacking. My lox is always poorly cut with the brown gristle left on.
