Excellent location. Walking distance from most of the major NYC attractions. Rooms are not great but at this location you only need them for a late night sleep. Great value for money.
Andrew G.September 9, 2013Well, the location is great in all respects! But the hotel is, honestly, really shabby. The only bonus in my penthouse room - spacious balcony, which is bigger then the room, so I'm happy,personally;)
Lee LambJanuary 12, 2016It's affordable but you're trading quality for price. It was hot and the toilet stopped flushing twice in the 3 days I was there. If you're looking for a deal, here it is... At the cost of comfort.
very accessible hotel. Times Square, Broadway and MoMa just around the corner. Wifi is a bit costly around 15usd a night

Amy McNamaraMarch 25, 2013Fairly cheap given the location. Modest but clean room. If you're just sleeping in the room and mostly out on the town, you'll be fine. Slightly dated. Oh. And NO bathroom sound barrier.

Very close to restaurants, I could walk to almost any cuisine I wanted. Nothing fancy but clean and the people working here were very helpful
Gerald SOctober 11, 2013This hotel will be under Reno for abt a year or so. Everything is messy. Some rooms don't even have an aircon on off climate control. Old aircon still using on off and temp control on the old aircon.
Great location and excellent front desk team. The rooms are old and need an update.

Dan ClemensMay 11, 2014Hotel is in a great location but the rooms are not maintained. Dust everywhere, AC not very cold, paper thin walls, stains on sheets.
Got 1408 as my room and strange stuff started happening... Get coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Concierge was not @ his stn for more than 15mins. Q of 5 pple infront of me.

Great location, but not up to the Starwood standard on service and quality. The Sheraton Towers or Westin New York are better options
