The avocado toast is absolutely incredible. Knife and fork recommended. Enjoyed it with a dirty chai latte 👌

The space is more comfortable and open. Food is ok & inexpensive. Drink selection is interesting but not many teas. "Iced tea" is Thai iced tea.
