If you're flying out of A terminal, go through C and take the shuttle... It's a 45 minute line minimum.

Don't, fly JFK instead! It's dirty & flight delays abound. To get a taxi, there's a 40 min line + you have to go to another terminal for a CC slip to pay $25 extra to get to NYC than from JFK #EWRfail

FrancisAugust 27, 2015United Airlines what a pain. Checked in suitcase was 1.5 pounds too heavy > 114 USD extra!?! And then the weight to check was not accurate
Just a thought, but the airlines should board from the back of the plane first (united).
No free luggage trolley at international arrival. This is the only airport I visited which does not have free trolley for international arrivals.

Takes forever in lines and there aren't that many people. However, it's convenient to NYC.

Leave extra time if you are taking the AirTrain at the airport. Not very reliable lately.
FlightCenter.comJanuary 3, 2012TSA TIP #3 Remove your laptop(s) and shoes/belts while waiting in line for the x-ray machines and carry them in your hands to be ready for the bins, remember laptops are placed in a bin by itself.
I mean it's an airport. Not my favorite that I've ever been to.
