TSA aren't nice anymore.. Or they used to have nice people who allow late birds to at least go front of security check. Nope, not anymore. Missed my flight, now here just waiting, all alone... :(
flying SWA with bags? print your boarding pass near the entrance by security then hop in the express baggage drop off. save yourself the time and stress.

QuikPark is the best. Book online for $6 a day. Cheeeeap.
Free wifi is only good for first 45 minutes. Then you have to pay.

Pretty small airport. There is only one main security line...recommend at least 1.5 hours at the least to check in (w/o no checked bags)

Michael SchneiderNovember 11, 2014Really hate this airport. It is dirty and smells. Limited options for food. One place had music so loud it was echoing throughout the gate. Get me out of here and I am not coming back.
K ZSeptember 10, 2010Add some extra time to your schedule if you need to rent a car. Car rental requires a shuttle ride.
They are re doing Terminal 1. It's an ugly mess. Maybe when it's done it will be nicer.
This place needs at least one decent bar. Seriously lacking on food and drink options.

Security line is lightening fast, but baggage claim can take a minute.

- Mike HowardSeptember 22, 2013Don't eat at Maxs deli. Steadily going downhill. Watery turkey, wilted onions, no potato salad, no wheat bread. It was gross. $2.79 for a little bag of chips. Corp in San Ramon should be embarrassed
free wifi (though it's slow). security moves fast! couldn't find a cocktail before my night flight though.
Since Terminal 1 remodel, they lost the burrito place. So breakfast (at Chilis togo) stops at 10am. Plan accordingly if flying early.
