These six varieties are our personal favorites & the originals that one girl cookies was built upon. The flavors run the gamut from nuts to chocolate to fruit a true melange of deliciousness.Each box contains eight pieces of each.

Chocolate sandwich cookie filled w/ raspberry jam this cookie walks the fine line of bittersweet. We use a double dose of chocolate, both cocoa powder & melted chocolate, to create a semi-sweet cookie & then fill it w/ lusciously sweet raspberry jam. A true juxtaposition of flavors.

Butter cookie covered in chopped nuts filled w/ apricot preserves an all time favorite, this recipe came from aunt tina. We gave it our own twist & covered the outside w/ a mixture of roasted almonds & walnuts. The preserves are pureed for a smooth texture, to balance the crunchy nuts.
