A 25% deposit is due at the time of reservation. An additional 25% reservation fee is required sixty (60) days prior to the event date. The reamining estimated charges shall be due any payable no later than three (3) business days prior to the event date. Licensee may cancel the contract at any time prior to the event date by paying to Licensor the following scale termination fee: More than one (1) year prior to Event Date - $100; Less than one (1) year but more than nine (9) months prior to the event date - 25% of the Food & Beverage Minimum; Less than nine (9) months but more than six (6) months prior to the event date - 50% of the Food & Beverage Minimum; Less than six (6) months but more than three (3) months prior to the event date - 75% of the Food & Beverage Minimum; Less than three (3) months but more than five (5) business days prior to the event date - 100% of the Food & Beverage Minimum; Less than five (5) business days prior to the Event Date - All estimated charges based on final guest count. The foregoing cancellation fees are not penalties but are in consideration of the resources spent by Licensor in booking the Osteria via Stato for Licensee and for the lost opportunity in not booking with another party in the interium.

Due to seasonality, we schedule tastings 4-6 weeks prior to the event date. Please keep in mind that we are extremely accommodating and almost any item on the menu can be altered or substituted. In addition, we are sensitive to any dietary needs and are able to accommodate most with adequate notice.

Gratuity is at your discretion, with standard being 18-22%. A 4% planner fee will be added to the final bill. Planning services include: A tasting for four guests, 4-6 weeks prior to the event. A guided ceremony rehearsal 1-2 days prior to the event. Three hours of supervised vendor set-up prior to the event. Final meeting and walk through of event space with vendors, musicians, etc. two weeks prior to event. Assistance with floor map, venue set-up and management of all ceremony set-up, tear down, and room flips. Cue speeces, dances, cake cutting, and any other special events. Set-up personal wedding items including place cards, florals, cake table, gifts, family keepsakes, etc.

You can think of 'Game Night In' as one big party-game, in itself. It feels like having a game night at your place, but it's our turn to host. Our Hosts will facilitate the entire experience, and will be there to guide your group through everything, and help introduce each game, explain the rules, keep the competition flowing, keep the experience on track, and generally help keep your group having fun! The experience consists of a series of challenges, that you and your group will compete in, in teams. Some games are in the form of a guessing-game or have a trivia or scavenger hunt element to them, while others may be more skill or puzzle-based. All in all, there is something for everyone in there.
