Really comfy beds, amazing atmosphere. It has a certain ambience that I never get from most hotels in New York. Unique, stylish, and an overall great stay
Great location close to Central Park for your morning run, good size of rooms, good price, good service. Take a room at least at 10th floor to avoid noise from the street!
Enjoy you stay in New York City and stop by Park Central Kitchen. The new restaurant based on new American cusine. The cheese cake is awesome, so smooth and tasty.
Great location, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. I'm no seasoned traveler, but it has everything a tourist needs: a shower, toilet, and beds. Worth it.
Decent hotel, 9th floor rooms were large, clean, free WiFi and good AC. The windows in the odd number room numbers are pointless, they face brickwork and due to the height let in very little light.
There is wi fi, that's good. The staff is very friendly and room service is good. Also there are big and comfortable beds. But the walls are rather thin so I can hear my neighbors
Park Central is at a great location for going out at night by foot. And a tip: choose your floor before getting in the elevator. Book a room w TripAdvisor.com, I got a 40% discount on rates.

As of June 2015, there was a mandatory $25 per night services fee, entitles you to luggage hold, gym and one or two other basic facilities. Important to add on to the nightly price of the hotel.
The reviews are accurate... Hotel is clean but the elevators are slow and crowded on the weekends, rooms are dim and you can hear street noise from the fifth floor. Minimal amenities (no coffee)
The hotel was the scene of the murder of Mafia boss Albert Anastsia in 1957 as he say in a barber's chair. Nobody saw anything at what was then the Park Sheraton..
Wifi $15/night per device, but you can pickup Starbucks' free wifi in lobby. No coffee maker, refridge, or conditioner in room. Rooms far less fancy than lobby. Great location.

Great location...ok rooms bit on the small side even for NYC and worst customer service EVER!!!! if in NYC there are other hotels that value their customers and treat them with FULL respect!
Not enough elevator during peak time (8am-9.30am and in late evening). Elevator is too small. They provide free wifi and computer for print boarding pass
