- Whitney ManningJuly 15, 2013Room was expensive and we didn't get the one reserved. Told the AC was out. The roomy and scenic corner room was the only reason for booking here. Waiting on a $50 refund. Small, cramped, no rags.
- jon accarrinoJune 9, 2011WiFi and cell signal here sucks. there's no cell phone coverage in the meeting halls and they have limited WiFi sessions. terrible place for conferences. get there early or you'll be offline.
- Nice lobby, big rooms for NYC, big bathroom too. Amazing AC. elevators suck.
- Dorine MenchhoferDecember 18, 2011small rooms, tiny bathrooms, impersonal staff. rooms clean, awesome location
- On the lobby level choose your floor BEFORE you get in the elevator … once you're in the elevator you can't!
- Wifi expensive, poor connection on cell phone. House cleaning is poor, carts left on hallways with vacuum cleaner left without picking up cord, someone could fall. Front desk polite, accommodating.
- Michael KessellAugust 26, 2011Way to fancy lobby and then you go in to the room and way less fancier , it dosnt even have a fridge no tv guide and ac makes to much noise
- Carlos Gustavo PereiraOctober 17, 2011Big room, weak water in the shower, elevators really sucks and very good location. As i come to the hotel only to sleep it's OK!
- Pascal KocherJune 18, 2011WLAN is per device - BUT you can reuse it on anorher device. Still too expensive imho
- ILYA SPECAugust 17, 2015Location is good. No robes. Valet $60/day. Pretty basic setting. Long lines.
- Pieter-jan Van LooNovember 24, 2011Wifi is crazy expensive, 15 dollars for 1 day, that is half the price for what i pay @ home for 1 month. Rooms are okay do.
- Emily SokolowAugust 20, 2016Pretty hotel, terrible elevator service. Small, slow, sometimes broken, poor indication of which elevator bank goes to which floor level.
- Wifi isn't free!!! Too expensive: u$40/24h
- Gopu MenonFebruary 5, 2010This hotel is just across the Carnegie Hall and 1 block from th Central Park.
- WiFi Connectivity is very Inconsistent, you may have WiFi Signal on your iPhone or Blackberry but No Internet Connection, Disappointed :(
- Andrea S.July 13, 2012The room looks like it hasn't been updated in 25 years, it smells of mildew, the AC barely works, and it's more humid in the room than outside. Gross.
- Erik FinmanApril 26, 2018Nothing is good here. It’s awful. Rude staff. Bullshit policies that I’ve never seen at any hotel.
- Bobby MinOctober 13, 2013The worst guest service in any hotels I've been. From overbooking reserved rooms to not responding to service requests, PC Hotel isn't worth the money.
- Philippe Le RouxOctober 1, 2010Very good location, nice ambiance but rooms are not at the same standard
- Rooms are better at virtually any Hampton Inn. High room price does not get you quality.
- Karen Varga-SinkaJuly 17, 2011Elevators are a bit of a disaster but other than that, pretty okay hotel for NYC standards
- SamApril 22, 2012This place is the worst. Nice foyer, nice website but in reality it's ghetto. Feels like i'm staying in the projects. Never again.
- This hotel is pure awful. you will wait fifteen minutes for an elevator. And that's the least of the problems. Do not stay here.
