- QApril 20, 2015A perfect Marriott experience. Staff is very friendly & apart from couple of restaurants, there is a Starbucks in the hotel as well.
- Sarah Mildred Gamble-SmurloOctober 19, 2013Healthy In Room Dining! Seared bass (hold the butter), Grilled asparagus, roasted tomatoes, chopped salads (hold bacon & get dressing on the side) with grilled shrimp or chicken... They make it work!
- Laurie BickOctober 29, 2013These guys really seem to get it ... Great service, great attitude from housekeeping to front desk & bell desk to management. Definitely coming back here!
- Tom CoccoDecember 22, 2013Had breakfast at 13 this morning. The Eggs Benedict is to DIE for...best meal I've had in awhile. Desiree took care of us and made our stay even more enjoyable. Kudos!
- Fantastic service from every department. The moment you step out your car you are greeted by great staff to assist you. Great place to stag
- A short walk down 12th street before Walnut. Jake's Sandwich Board. Good. Damn good.
- Visit PhillyMay 1, 2012The purple PHLASH trolley runs Fri, Sat & Sun from 10-6 pm May-October 28, 2012. Just head to stops 3 or 17, buy a $2 ticket & you'll be on your way to seeing Philadelphia's attractions and museums. Read more
- Theresa IrvineDecember 10, 2014Busy hotel in the center of Philly. Offers a good location for those needing access to downtown. Also provides free warm apple cider at check in!
- I would stay here again. Accommodations were great. The restaurant, Thirteen, food was great too. But the Vallet Parking needs fine tuning. We paid $40 per day. It took 25+ min average to get car.
- The hotel is great. It was a great part of our wonderful experience, but the Vallet Parking is a miss. Call for your car 25-30 minutes before you need it.
- Stanley Griggs IIJuly 10, 2013Don't just depend on Philly Taxi's if your from out of town. Philly has Uber now so you can get a clean Town car or SUV to ride you around like a King or Queen.
- Marlon MartinezNovember 26, 2012Fantastic service. Great consierge lounge. Nice pool. Incredibly convenient for a nice holiday trip. Just wish parking was a little cheaper.
- Staying in the Headhouse tower is a pain. Ask for a room in the main tower.
- Deep GujralOctober 9, 2017Good hotel. The rooms are significantly larger than most comparable Marriott properties within the US.
- I love the Marriott chain. Name another hotel that has a Book of Mormon in the drawer next to the Bible.
- Amy KilleJanuary 1, 2014Champagne served at check-in; a nice NYE detail! Beautiful hotel for a reasonable rate.
- Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and close quarters to RTM, but the lack of affordable wifi is a big bummer for business.
- Dana LeboJune 26, 2013You can get free wifi by the hour in the lobby. Just use the Marriott-Guest wifi. You'll need to open a webpage and adhere with terms, etc.
- Brad PluthJuly 28, 2013Nice health club and great facilities, service staff and concierge. Great experience during the 2013 NSA CONVENTION.
- Zac TalbottNovember 14, 2013Great hotel, great location... I would definitely stay at this hotel again if back in downtown Philadelphia.
- Kim HindsDecember 10, 2013Service staff is great...super friendly and helpful. Yes, valet parking is high but there's not much choice around here. The rooms are just ok. The staff makes this place.
- Johnny PappasJuly 9, 2014Don't wait in the Starbucks line, there is a Dunkin' Donuts a block away across from city hall!
- Rosalind WhiteJune 14, 2013Great hotel, the room is great the service is awesome and having a good time.
- KRodSeptember 30, 2012I love love love that these rooms have tons of outlets everywhere. A major plus for me.
- Matthew BJune 18, 2014The staff here are incredible. The concierges know Philly like the back of their hand.
- Jen GinsburgApril 29, 2012Close to a LOT of great restaurants and shops, plus the metro is right outside the doors!
- Jim DavisJuly 30, 2011If you use Priceline and choose 3-star in the Downtown Philadelphia region, you always get this hotel. I've gotten $60/night deals a few times.
- John VajdaAugust 20, 2011This is a great gym for a hotel! Use the dumbbells to a multitude of exercises. Don't forget your swim trunks.
- Matt FowlerDecember 11, 2014Standard full Marriott. Good clean rooms but skip the restaurant, too many great ones nearby.
- Pretty good hotel. Easy access to Starbucks. Service was good. Recommend checking online for a good deal
- Comfortable beds, excellent location! Excellent Service
- Jim PharisAugust 26, 2017Has anyone seen our car? We asked valet for it about 35 mins ago and still waiting.
- Steve MaioJune 1, 2013Rooms too warm and humid. The ac in our first room couldn't recover from the balmy setting they left it. Hours in the second has finally pulled some humidity out.
- Restaurant.comDecember 14, 2011If you stay in the Marriott you get an exceptional breakfast buffet at the 13 restaurant!
- Domenick UvaDecember 10, 2011Park down the street and tell them your staying at the hotel it's $20 for 24 hours guys!!
- SelenFebruary 18, 2016They lost two of our bags at their storage room, they accepted to pay only 300 dollars which is way below than the value, and we have been still waiting for the payment for 2 months.
- Rachel OrrMarch 9, 2014Great location - would stay again! However, only complaint is the absolutely terrible water pressure. Hated showering.
