Parking was a ripoff, but big spaces and it was nice to know my car was safe. The Prudential Center is beautiful and the views of downtown Newark from the center emphasize the beauty of Newark.
Love this place. The ushers/vendors are super friendly and the NJ Devilsmurals and banners are great. I grew up in NJ, so I love the high schoolhockey jerseys hanging around The Rock
Watching a game in the restaurant at Prudential Center is a great experience. We enjoyed the food and had a nice view in our padded seats during the game.
If u can get loge box/loft tables there, do it. Includes food buffet/non alcy drinks. Worth it if going to event you don't need front seats to..good space and can sit and enjoy. Also vip entrance!
Pretty solid venue with over the top prices. The rush concert I saw here from their R40 tour was one of the best shows I've ever seen, made possible by the Pru center.
Do you know that just a few blocks away is one of the best museums in the Country? The Newark Museum is a must see. It houses the largest Tibetan art collection in the world outside of Tibet.
Great place to watch a game! The bathrooms are spacious and always clean and there's a good selection of food. Try the Goya Latin food, the empanadas are authentic!
There's great seats in the Acela Club here! The views are incredible! We love both the New Jersey Devils and the New York Rangers so come join us to show off your hockey fandom! :)
Don't Waste Money On Parking For $25 Bucks, Take The Train Its Cheap And Fast. Another Thing When Your At Prudential Center Enter Through the Side on Lafayette near the garage for a quick entry :)
Best beers in the arena can be found at 'Beers of Newark'. Arena is a short walk from Newark Penn Station. If you need help deciding which Seats to Purchase for your next Devils game, check out Read more
I did a show here called Fashion is Art. I've come here for concerts and WWE events--even a NJ Devils game! Beautiful arena; my fave is the ginormous screen on the Mulberry St side!
Here's a tip - if you say "we have assumed control of all of your planets and space stations" to the walking vendor, you get a free cotton candy!!! (not many people know this)
If you're a Rangers fan just get tickets here when they come around. So much cheaper than Madison Square Garden and there's basically more Rangers fans in the arena than Devils fans!
Honestly not bad for a place that hosts the NJ Devils. You can find some decent food and bars with solid drink options, and a few craft beers. Walkable from NJT.
Sections are very steep and seats are too narrow. I expected more leg room. Open concourses are amazing and have tons of food, beverage, bar and lounge options.
If you want to go to a Devils game where the game won't be sold out instantly involving teams named the Flyers and Rangers. Go before 4PM to get in line by the PNC Tower for $11 reg. season tix
Make sure you check out the great restaurants around the area especially the great Portuguese in the Iron Bound district. Don Pepe's is one of my favorites just 4 blocks from The Rock!
They need a more efficient security scanning system/process to prevent long lines outside (in the freezing cold) and so ticket holders can get to their seats before the show starts.
Today at Sade's concert. The Prudential is a good venue cuz is small. Smaller than Madison Sq. Garden. Everyone can actually see the performer. The only bad thing is Newark, i dont like the place at a
Try the Mucho Nachos but ask for only half a scoop of salsa so it isnt so messy. Also make sure you pick up a red pitchfork fork - it makes it much easier to eat. Finally don't forget NAPKINS!
If you have goal bar seats are you are NOT a season ticket holder you must go downstairs to go to the bathroom. Which is totall bullshit you are paying for a luxury seat you ought to be able to pee?
FAQ: Where do I purchase tickets or pick them up (Will Call)?A: The Box Office. It's located on the Edison Place side of the building just past the tower entrance on Mulberry St.
The Big Bang GA crowd was rude as hell! I got thrown left and right. The band was awesome, but their fans were extremely rude. We were packed in there like sardines. Late commers squeezed ahead-RUDE!!
Skip the concession stands with their overpriced domestic beers, and look for standalone beer carts which offer a more eclectic set of beer, both craft and import options on draft.
