Matthew TAugust 10, 2012If Fayetteville Street (City Plaza area) is closed for a festival, enter the Marriott parking and valet from Lenoir St.- Survived an F3 Tornado hitting it while I was there with no major damage other than the back up generator. Staff was very courteous and did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of.
You COULD pay $4 for the water in your room. Or you can go to the gym on the 4th floor and refill your water bottle for free. Just saying...

There is an issue with the internet where it gets data from you.
You have to pay for wifi but in room 1704, there's the citys wifi "downtown raleigh free wifi" :)
