Incredible, flavorful ramen. Clean flavors that leave you feeling full but still light. My favorite is the Chicken Shio, add some chili powder for spice. New best ramen in LES 🍜
Jin MoonOctober 7, 2018Their New Tokyo Style Shoyu has a wonderful truffle soy sauce flavor that is very light. The pork chashu had a charred flavor from the grille that melts on your mouth. Yumm!
