Marriott offers allergen free rooms that are cleaned & maintained specifically for folks with chemical & environmental sensitivities, including an in room air purifier. Big boost for us allergy types!

Great views of Empire State Building and good location in Garment district near to Bryant Park. Mini kitchenettes save some money on food.

Wonderful view from 22d and up, ask for all you need to cook, saves money and pounds😀!, go for a nice breakfast before 8:20 or spend time waiting for elevators....

Long line for elevators during breakfast. Breakfast items greater and more delicious vs other residence inns though. Also platinum upgraded rooms are still relatively small (no second bedrooms).

Very large rooms for NYC. Great breakfast. 5 blocks to Herald square. A block to Theater District. ask about construction outside your room. jackhammers started right across from my window at 7am.

Older hotel. Elevators are unreliable, slow, and overcrowded. You must give yourself at least 30 minutes to exit during morning hours before 10am. Conveniently situated and good value for the money.

Parking is expensive - $54/day car, $64/day SUV (even a small one) - parking garages in the area are cheaper, use one of those instead
