A dark chocolate ganache made with edible roses. our beautiful white rose is molded in the shape of a rose & filled with white chocolate rose ganache. the hibiscus is a tart, floral white chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell and the violette is a hand-rolled dark chocolate ganache, strongly floral, but not at all soapy. finally, the lavender is a dark milk chocolate ganache featuring farmers market sourced lavender and earl grey tea from fellow essex st. market vendor, porto rico importing co. handmade with love.

Our chile treats are rich and complex with multiple layers of flavor (like a good mole) . its not all about the heat, we combine several red chiles in our diablo (dark chocolate ganache) and our zydeco truffles so you can appreciate every aspect of these delicious peppers.

Roni-sue's unique creations taste just like the cocktails that inspired them. the dark & stormy features goslings rum, fresh ginger & lime zest, the margarita is a tequila & lime explosion (topped with a little sea salt) , the manhattan is made with knob creek bourbon, sweet vermouth, bitters and sour cherries, the absinthe [green fairy] is the real deal and our mimosa and mojito bon-bons feature callebaut white chocolate, champagne & orange and white rum, mint & lime. come on, it's five o'clock somewhere!
