- Ben SargentSeptember 5, 2013At DIA for an hour plus? Scoot down the train to Terminal C to check out the food (and the living wall gardens) at Root Down. A twin of the farm to table restaurant in Highlands.
- Jen WuFebruary 11, 2016So good! A restaurant I would eat at regularly in real life. Curry dipping sauce with the veggie burger is bomb. Gluten free bread at an airport!
- Great beer selection, bahn mi turkey burger wasn't bad. Good selection of liquor too.
- Great place to catch a bite. Great food and nice selection of beer and wine. I bit pricey but we'll worth it.
- Eric ShanfeltMay 12, 2015Best restaurant in DIA ... too bad you have to fly to experience it. Great food, great ambiance, great views. Sometime hard to get in though.

- Kenny UgelJuly 23, 2019Try this place for something in the airport that isn't typical bar food. The hummus was great. The turkey burger had solid flavor but wasn't very warm. The quinoa was a tad bland but still fresh.
- Phil ShannonFebruary 3, 2015Best airport food I've had in a very long time. Great beer selection. The beef cheeseburger with pretzel roll was delicious.
- Spencer KnappDecember 24, 2015It's in terminal C, but you can catch the train from A or B without having to go through security. It's totally worth it.
- Jean MaySeptember 4, 2013This place just opened. The beet salad with tofu is amazing. All farm to table. Don't go looking for a Bud Light...but they do have A full line of local beers on tap.
- Suzie LinvilleFebruary 10, 2014Love this place when I need to eat. Great wine selection, charging stations and the lamb sliders and sweet potato waffle fries are delicious!!
- Try the waffle fries, Brussels and squash salad, and the Thai curry soup!
- Josh AApril 29, 2017Cool vibe and spot for a cocktail. Didn't try the food. Get a seat towards the back away from the hustle. Service was a little slow.
- Rupa NatarajanDecember 1, 2013They asked me how long until my flight and seated me at the cutest table ever with charging outlets (and pointed it out to me too!) food was also great! This place rocks!
- RobOctober 27, 2013Great airport food, actually, would be good anywhere. Chorizo omelet was really good. Be sure to try the local organic ketchup.
- Kara MicheleFebruary 3, 2019Drink was great. Loved that they asked when our flight boarded. Service was slow and food was good for airport but wouldn't go out of my way to go here again.
- Chuq YangApril 17, 2017Delicious food here. The lamb sliders were awesome, the griddled cheese was a little weird, but good flavor.
- Great! How do I always miss this place, I've had the Tofu Scramble and the Veggie 🍔, both were great.

- Anton ShusterJanuary 17, 2018Get the grilled cheese. It's so good. Also the chicken and waffles have great flavor.
- Jessica TroccoliOctober 30, 2017Best place to wait for a flight in concourse C! Avoid the wait and sit at the bar. Great happy hour.
- Give these guys an award for finally bringing awesome food to DIA. Pretty much the best airport food available in the USA.
- Eric HodelNovember 18, 2016Root Down is well worth the trek from any other terminal, so long as you have a large enough transfer window.
- David SixsmithDecember 17, 2017Décor is awesome, food is great! My new hangout when traveling to/from Denver!
- Peter GentFebruary 20, 2014Lamb sliders = happiness. This place is raising the bar about what you think airport food should be like.
- iPhone JunkieXLAugust 15, 2014If all airport food was this good it wouldn't be called airport food anymore. A little pricey, but worth it. Don't have a lot of time, order from the to go line
- *iVy DelizApril 23, 2014Had a 30 minute connection so I ordered the Yellow Lentil soup. WOW! Saved the Denver proper restaurant for when I'm in Denver.
- Charlie Enna CurtisMarch 5, 2015Service is prompt. I had the brussel sprout and squash salad with green chile soup. Delicious.
- Curt SallingerMay 22, 2017Great Bloody Marys. Their bar opens when the restaurant does too - not a true statement for all DIA businesses.

- Teresa WSeptember 15, 2016best food in the airport! worth the trek from another terminal if you have an hour to spare
- Okay let's be serious here. I love this restaurant, but there's no way you should pay $18 for a cup of ceviche. We're not in France. #foodie
- James MoreauSeptember 26, 2013You've probably never had airport food this delicious. Seriously. Brunch burger was out of this world.
- Stop by and fill up your water bottle at their free refill station! Or get an amazing meal or cocktail...
- Robert PeverleyApril 2, 2014Burger on a pretzel bun was great and sweet potato fries are so much better. I liked the saki but prefer it warm.
- Some fantastic local craft beers on tap - 24 in all. Sit at the bar and peer into some cool old suitcases.
- Never fails to disappoint. Breakfast was stellar as well. Best in the airport.
- Andrew BeckerAugust 12, 2016Sit in the back and it doesn't feel like you're in an airport (except that you are staring at a runway)
